PackManager Mobile

In the office or the packing shed

PackManager Mobile (PDAs) provides a mobile method of entering data where it is most convenient.

Your employees can capture the receipt of bins from the grower, create/scan stock as it is packed, print labels, and dispatch stock at the location that it is happening.

PackManager Mobile allows you to capture data once and see it appear within the PackManager System instantly.

PackManager Mobile saves time where data (ie stock details/dockets etc) may otherwise need to be manually entered into the system back at the office.


Bin/Carton labelling of many varieties

From pre-printed bin labels that are applied in the field, to carton, crate and pallet labels, PackManager has a vast array of pre-formatted labels that can be used with the variety of stock you have.

Both Woolworths and Coles supermarket labels are also supported within PackManager, allowing simple creation of the labels through selectable drop down lists.

Grower Payments

Payments by batch or pooled together

Every grower has a preference to how they like being paid. PackManager offers the versatility to either pay a grower based on an individual packing run, or to pool their payments with growers with similar stock, paying them based on the average rate.

Payments are automatically calculated, starting with the sale price and then removing the various pre-defined charges (e.g. shed costs, packing costs, freight, levies) automatically. So all you have to do at the end of the day is press a button to produce an RCTI and send it to the growers. You have the option to reviewed and manually adjusted the payments before finalize.

Contract Packing

Pack for others under contract

The process of packing fruit on behalf of someone else is no different to packing your own, so why should your software be any different? PackManager comes with the ability to label a packing run as a 'Contract Pack', with nothing else required. The system will automatically pick up your pre-defined contract pack packing charges and apply them to the packed stock. Simple invoice generation allows you to charge for an individual contract pack, or group them together for monthly invoicing.

Pack Component & Inventory Management

Manage your component usage, automatically.

Each box/bin of product you pack is made up of a combination of components. Tracking their usage and maintaining adequate quantities is vital to ensure your production line is running optimally.

PackManager provides systems to automatically track the usage of components, alert the user when stock is low, and provide the mechanism to order more components. Additional features such as our component stocktake function allows you to stay on top of your quantity levels at any stage of the season.
